Michael Tariverdiev

Russian composer Michael Tariverdiev(1931 - 1995). He is the author of 4 operas, 4 ballets, several string and piano concertos, organ pieces and vocal cycles. But most of all he is known for his music in many popular Soviet movies. Tariverdiev wrote music to 132 films, among them “King-Deer”, “The Irony Of Fate” and the immensely popular Soviet-era TV serial “Seventeen Instants Of Spring”.
